The Doula Difference Project provides essential doula and lactation services to families in need. This project pays the doulas we have trained and certified to offer their services to community members who would otherwise struggle to afford or access them. Our mission is to ensure that every family can receive the support they need during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

What to Expect
Once your application is submitted, we approve services based on available funding. Our wait list operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified as soon as funding becomes available for your service request. When approved, you will be matched with a birth professional who will provide services at no charge. While all services are free, donations are appreciated and tax-deductible. If you choose to donate, you help us extend our reach to even more families in need.
After Service Completion
Once your service is completed, you will receive a brief survey to share your experience. Completing this survey is essential as it helps us collect data, demonstrate our impact, and secure future funding. Please note that this survey must be completed before you can receive additional services. All personal information will be kept confidential.
